Question: Can I pay before sending in items for repair?


Answer:

After repair you will receive a message from us regarding the payment. Prior to repair the exact costs are not yet known, this is why we request to wait with the payment until we contact you. This prevents situations where for example you have paid for repair while your item turns out not to be defective.
